We begin by getting clear on your questions, challenges, and desires for the session. I then guide you into your body and your channel, and clear your energy field. We connect with your Team in Spirit of the highest Light and Resonance , including your Higher Self to see the subtle energy in your body and look for where there may be blocks, stuck patterns, or need for support and guidance. Intuitively speaking, I may perceive information that pertains to your overall well being, current life situation, past lives or ancestral, relationships, etc. I will share what I see and guide you through releasing or healing that part of your energy field, either entirely during the session, or partly, and leave you with a prescription for you to adhere to for a specified amount of time. To close, we fortify and protect the energy field, re-centre and discuss any next steps.
